Tempohousing has 2 types of units in stock

1. Units from a temporary project which have been taken back by Tempohousing and which are now in storage in one of our storage facilities (not necessarily in the Netherlands).
2. Units from the 'social factory' in Amsterdam (work and learn center) where units are produced for stock. These units are the standard model "Professor", for which second hand standard shipping containers are used (with some signs of wear on the outside). The containers are completely refitted and painted and are tested by experienced staff in the factory. In short: 'used' from the outside, 'new' on the inside. These units are directly for sale.
