rental & buy back services

For projects that are expected to have only a short operational cycle, for example 3 to 5 years, we offer the following additional options:

• Buy back: this can be included in the sales contract and contains the obligation for Tempohousing to buy back the sold units at an agreed date and at a fixed price. In some cases this is an advantage for the customer, who is certain at the start of the project that the units will be taken back at the end of the contract period. The rest value of the units can be incorporated in the budget to reduce the project cost. Apart from normal wear and tear, the units will have to be delivered back in the state in which they were sold to the customer.
• Rental units: Tempohousing will launch a new service shortly to rent the units to customers at a daily rate. This service only applies for larger projects (minimum of about 100 units) and the rates do not include set up and removal cost. This service will be made available world wide.
