Tempohousing also offers the option to obtain a license under which our products can be manufactured in your own facility, based on used containers that are purchased locally. In some cases this may prove to be cheaper and it also creates jobs, for which in some cases government subsidies are available. This is ideal for areas with sufficient supply of work force with basic skills and moderate salaries. A license agreement contains a royalty fee per unit produced based on our technology and a minimum annual production quantity. A full blue print of a typical factory lay out, production logistics, required tool set and drawings and clear instruction pictures will be made available by Tempohousing and we offer also local supervision by our engineers during production start up.

It should be mentioned that although cost advantages may easily lead to the choice to manufacture locally with a license agreement of Tempohousing, setting up a factory is not a simple job and continuity is a key issue for any factory. Capital investment (although limited), experience in production logistics and sufficient orders are necessary. For large projects, it is also possible to build a "one project" factory, where the factory will be set up temporary on the site where the housing solution is required. We will be happy to assist you.
