computer made view from air of the hotelTempohousing has been contracted to design the Yenagoa Hotel Project in Nigeria. The scope of works is: design of the complete project including working drawings, deliver the prefabricated hotel rooms and other construction and hotel furniture and systems, provide construction supervision on site and provide start up interim management of the hotel operation including a possible franchise contract with an international hotel chain. Contracts were signed on February 17, 2007 in Amsterdam.

• 192 junior suites (prefabricated hotel rooms, 26 m2 each)  in 2 wings in 4 levels (in total 6 levels), facing the hotel entrance a left wing and a right wing
• Lobby between the wings with glass façade in front and rear, containing reception, walkway at 5,8 m. high, waiting area, access to elevators
• 8 presidential suites (double rooms: 52 m²)
• 2 penthouses on the fifth floor (each 600 m², separate construction)
• ground floor, under the left wing  with large ball rooms and hotel staff office
• ground floor under right wing conference rooms, indoor pool and gym
• rear building, containing restaurant, bar, kitchen (plus storage)
• equipment room behind rear building, container generator set and central airconditioning
• outdoor pool
• 2 tennis courts
• 2 riverside cabins
• Basement under lobby, left wing and right wing, with corridor to equipment room / storage behind rear building,
• Staff canteen under lobby in basement
• Equipment space and maintenance rooms in basement under the right wing
• Storage and staff rooms under the left wing.
